Since 2021 we have been producing rubber parts on vertical injection moulding machines — seals, washers, inserts and technical parts to the customer's drawing or sample.
Polished surfaces look much better after zinc plating — the layer adheres more evenly and with more shine. Irregularities and scratches remain visible after electroplating.
Clean welds of slag, oxidation and dirt. An uncleaned weld means an uneven layer, weaker corrosion protection and possible peeling.
Hollow products must have holes — air gets in, liquid drains out. Without them, air or chemicals get trapped and defects appear.
